Practice 02 · Transform

Modernization as a strategy, not a project.

Most technology companies do not have a technology problem. They have a sequencing problem: too many possible investments, no agreed way to rank them, and vendors ready to sell whichever one gets asked about first. We rank the options, then do the work.

01

Where transformation earns its cost.

AI transformation
Where AI belongs in the product and in the operation, ranked by what it changes commercially. A strategy with a first use case, a measurement plan, and an honest view of what should wait.
Technology modernization
Legacy architecture, technical debt, and platform decisions assessed for what they cost the business today, and what they will cost in a diligence process later.
Cloud & SaaS transition
Moving from on-premise, perpetual licence, or hosted models toward recurring revenue: the commercial model, the migration path, and the customer conversation, planned together.
Operational transformation
The processes that break as a company scales, and the work that still runs on one person's memory. Documented, redesigned, and made repeatable.
Digital transformation
Internal systems and customer-facing workflows brought into one operating picture, so the company runs on data it can trust and report on.
Delivery
The people who set the strategy are the people who run it. We stay on the work through delivery and are accountable for the result, not for a recommendation.
When this is the place to start

The decision is overdue.

Companies carrying an architecture that has outlived the business it was built for, or sitting on an AI question they keep deferring because no one can rank the options credibly.

It is also the right work when a transaction is on the horizon. Architecture, technical debt, and how much of the operation depends on individual people are among the first things a serious buyer examines. Fixing them a year early is strategy. Explaining them in a data room is a discount.
