Practice 01 · Grow

Growth, built the way an acquirer would build it.

Most growth services sell activity. We originate revenue a buyer would pay for: the right customers, recurring and defensible, found with the discipline we used to find acquisition targets.

01

What the practice covers.

We take on the part of growth that needs judgment and direct contact with the market, and we run it rather than advise on it.

Go-to-market strategy
Which segments are worth the company's time, what the offer should be for each, and the sequence to attack them in. Built from the market, not from a template.
Market expansion
Entering a new geography, vertical, or segment: the thesis for why it should work, the accounts worth approaching first, and a real campaign into the market before anyone commits headcount or an office. We run the entry, not just the plan for it.
Sales development
Target lists built and maintained, outreach that reads like a person wrote it, replies handled, and qualified meetings landed with the context to close them.
Strategic partnerships
Resellers, integrators, platforms, and adjacent vendors identified and approached, with the commercial terms thought through before the first call.
Revenue operations
The pipeline made legible: stages that mean something, coverage and conversion reporting, and a forecast that survives a question from an investor.
Customer & channel development
The existing base worked properly: expansion, references, and the account concentration risk a future buyer will look at first.
When this is the place to start

Proven product, flat growth.

Companies with a working product and happy customers, where growth has flattened because nothing systematic feeds the top of the funnel, or because the founder is still the only person who can sell.

Growth work is also the most common way an engagement begins. It puts us close enough to the business to see the transformation and corporate development questions early, which is the right time to see them. If a transaction is somewhere on the horizon, the revenue built here is the revenue a buyer will pay for later.
